    A tailored massage where we address your goals for the session. Pressure and focus areas are up to you.

    Can include hot stone, cupping, and trigger point.

    30, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions available

    • I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle technique that can support circulation, swelling management, and recovery. My approach is informed by Vodder Level 1 training and ongoing continuing education.

    • Incorporate MLD into your regular massage session. This add-on is a great way to explore MLD for the first time or receive focused, gentle support for areas experiencing swelling, relaxation, recovery needs, or scar-related concerns.

  • You deserve a little extra

    • Cupping - Cupping therapy is an traditional and world wide therapy that works through decompressing the tissues instead of using pressure, like in typical massage. A vacuum or suction force pulls your tissues into the cup.

    • Recovery and Swelling Support - Mix manual lymphatic drainage into your regular massage. Add ons are great for trying out this modality for the first time or targeted gentle attention in some place while you receive your regular massage.

    • More Time - 15 minutes of extra time in your session. When “just a little bit more” can make a big impact. Great for focused work on the face/scalp/neck, hands, feet, or anywhere you need.
